- Drag selected facts to the right list using the arrow button.
- Click OK to save changes.
Adding a New Custom Fact
- Open the People workspace and click Customize View.

- Enter the name of a fact and select the type:
- Individual Fact (for one person).
- Shared Fact (for a couple).
- Choose a format:
- Date / Place, Date / Place / Description, or Description Only.
- Optionally, tick as Private.
