If they’re having problems, tell us.
If they have a projected date, tell us.

4-18-2025 I have read the comments on FTM2024 and don’t see any response from MacKiev. I too paid in advance. Feb. 2024. The response is always the same—SOON.

Tomorrow is April 1st

Now is FTM2024 (FTM2025) just an April Fools Day joke.

I did order and paid for it last year and this the response I got in November 2024 after waiting several months :

“I see your pre-order of FTM 2024. We have no exact release date yet, it will be released later this year. When we get an exact release date for FTM 2024 we will notify you via email.”

Like others who have posted using FTM over the last few decades has been excellent but all that good experience has been ruined by what is happening now.

FTM you just need to give your users information as communication is key.

I have had every version of Family Tree Maker and I will never buy another one . I pre paid for FTM 2024 so I will get it but never again they ruined
it for me with their irresponsible way of handling this release and not letting people know what is going on.

Still waiting – I pre-ordered in March 2024 and haven’t heard anything since.

I suspect there may be problems because of the area they’re in, but PLEASE inform us of delays in the release date.

Today is 10th March 2025 (since no Post dates are listed above I thought this would be useful). I paid in advance for FTM 2024 in October 2024 believing what McKiev said to be genuine, delivery by end on 2024. I don’t understand why they don’t post some sort of update on the main page so at least we know where we are. Given some people have waited over one year now, it is of some concern.
