Open new window and log in to Ancestry account directly. Click on your Initials circle in top right hand corner. You should see a list of your account settings. Name, User Name, Email, Password, Two-Step verification. Click on arrow to the right of Two-Step verification and you gt a page that allows you to enable or disable two step verification.

I contacted the support desk, and it sounds like there is a solution, but they will only take you through it if you purchase support for 3/5/8 years. starting at $345 for the 3 years.
