Yes my problem was fixed as well as a windows update problem. The reason I am upset is because I was led to believe my problem was because of windows updates not installed and the fact that a previous version of FTM existed on my PC. Serious. Was told that I would have same problem when FTM 2024 is released. The actual fix was turning off two step authentication on ancestry.com login. When I got into chat mode, i thought I was dealing with mackiev org. It was never mentioned I was dealing with third party until I was asked to sign agreement. When I questioned the name Tane Innovations Concepts, I was told they were the only support for FTM. Paid my $150. You got me but I will spread the word beware on All FTM forums when I can. Even though problem was fixed and I signed off, I believe I was scammed
